This paper, available as a PDF, provides background information on climate change and describes its impact on health. It also identifies potential nursing actions to support adaptation to our changing climate and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Video: Nursing and Climate Change

This three-minute video describes why climate change is an important issue for nurses.

Educational module: The Role of Nurses in Addressing Climate Change

This educational module includes objectives, a reading list and a PowerPoint presentation on nurses’ role in addressing climate change. It could be used by educators in nursing programs or in continuing education sessions.
