Canadian Nurse Practitioner Exam Program
The purpose of the CNA Nurse Practitioner Exam Program is to make nurse practitioner licensing examinations and related products available to Canadian nursing jurisdictions. In addition to licensing exams, the program facilitates the availability of related learning products and supports, as well as policies guiding the administration and development of the licensing exams for nurse practitioners.
The following exams, offered in French and English, are currently administered by most nursing regulatory authorities through the CNA Nurse Practitioner Exam Program:
- CNA Canadian Nurse Practitioner Exam: Family/All Ages (CNPE:F/AA)
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC): Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Exam
- ANCC: Adult Nurse Practitioner Exam
Consult your regulatory authority to identify what exams are available.
