Before my career path landed me in the field of leadership development and coaching, I was privileged to serve extensively within healthcare in various leadership roles and a variety of practice areas. This experience is the basis for my sound understanding of the industry – the culture, the pressures, and the opportunities.
Currently, I work with healthcare leaders and teams of all experience levels to chart a course for greater success and authenticity in leadership.
