CNA will host its annual meeting of members virtually (with an option to attend in-person in Toronto) on June 18, 2026, 12:00 ET.
The meeting is an opportunity for members to engage with CNA, learn about organizational priorities and achievements, and hear the results of the 2026 board election.
Important information
Board elections are conducted in advance of the meeting through secure electronic voting.
Voting will take place May 14 – June 3, 2026.
Election results will be announced at the annual meeting of members and a motion will be put forward to the CNA membership for approval of the 2026 slate of officers and directors.
Meeting highlights
The annual meeting of members provides an opportunity to:
- Hear highlights from the 2025 annual report from CNA president Dr. Kimberly LeBlanc and CEO Dr. Valerie Grdisa, including key accomplishments and impacts
- Review the audited financial statements and confirm the appointment of auditors for 2026
- Learn about governance and organizational initiatives, including the 2026 strategic planning process and 2026 CNA Conference
- Witness the formal transition of leadership from president Dr. Kimberly LeBlanc to incoming president Dr. Tracie Risling
- Hear the announcement of the 2026 board election results
- Participate in an open forum and engage with the board of directors
