Sheila A. Boamah is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at McMaster University and a nurse scientist whose work is dedicated to advancing equitable, high-quality, and sustainable health-care systems.
Her research focuses on health system innovation, workforce sustainability, aging, and improving care for underserved populations, with a strong commitment to addressing the structural and social factors that shape health outcomes.
