CNA has partnered with Life Support Mental Health Inc. to save members 62% on the Mental Health Check – Frontline Workforce assessment tool. The discounted fee of $150 is covered by your employee health insurance program at 100% and billed directly on the Life Support system. There is no financial obligation to you as a CNA member.
